Payment and Fees

My rates are $195 for a 60 minute session. A session that does not require insurance billing will receive a discounted rate. I do offer a sliding fee scale for those with financial need. Payment is expected at time of service.

Insurance

Services will be covered by your insurance based on your co pay and deductible amounts. I am a preferred provider with nearly all insurance companies. However I am not able to take Medicare payments at this time.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment it is important that you give the office at least 24 hours advance notice. If you miss a session or cancel without enough notice you will be charged a $50 fee for the missed session. Unfortunately insurance does not cover missed sessions.
